Sunwood Estate Sale

This week we have one sale in Sun City at the

Sunwood Apartments at 9415 N.99th Avenue.

It is just North of Olive.

You will enter at the farthest red lined driveway and follow the signs back to apartment #1012.

The sale will run April 24 Thursday and on Friday April 25th, 2014.

We will open at 7:30 a.m. and close at 12:30 p.m.

It is a small sale but has some great things.

There is a neutral sleeper sofa, kitchen table and four chairs, fans, patio furniture, jewelry, womens clothing and shoes.  There are kitchen items like pots and pans, glassware, food, silverware and all the usual kitchen things.  The bathroom is full of beauty and bathroom supplies, there are craft items, linens, tv, cabinets, a bed and dressers, ironing board, carts, a wheelchair and so much more.  Stop by and say hi to Kim.

Massive Sale In Sun City

This week we have a massive sale in Sun City at

10541 W. Caron.

Signs will be at 107th and Olive. Olive to North on 107th and then first right onto Caron, so head East on Caron off of 107th.

Sale will run Thursday April 10th, Friday April 11th, and Saturday April 12th.

7:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.

There is so  much at this sale that we needed to expand our selling area to the back patio, the yard and a rv storage slab. I am going to just list everything I can think of, but believe me there is way more than I can mention here.

There is a couch and matching love seat, two nice end tables and a unique coffee table.  There are cds, dvds, vhs tapes, audio books, a vcr, a record player, stereo and records to play on the player.  There are a ton of books, office supplies, fabric, sewing notions, buttons, jewelry, a Singer sewing machine, a computer with monitor, keyboard, mouse and even a printer.  There is also a separate printer, craft supplies, a bed with head board and matching dressers and even matching night stands.  There are unique lamps every where, tools, filing cabinets (no less than seven and four drawer ones), sheet music, bird houses, lots of Native American statues and vases, lots of nice womens clothing and shoes.  Linens, a sleeper sofa, two very comfortable chairs that swivel, a kitchen table with four chairs and a leaf, humidifiers, fans, heaters, silverware, dishes, pots, pans, glass ware, mugs, serving dishes, cook ware, plastic ware, utensils, a fur stole, an exercise bike, a wheel barrow, step stools, bar stools, food, bath and beauty supplies, small appliances, comforters, throw pillows, an awesome blue chair, small entry way tables, sofa table, vintage rockers, patio chairs, director's chairs, Christmas items, fabric tablecloths, artist supplies, tons of artwork and frames, storage supplies, lots of new items still in the box including a rice cooker, bedding, yard tools and bags of yard supplies like mulch, and top soil, a nice chair recently recovered with a matching ottoman and super comfy.  There is a nice easel, lots of planters, wooden yard decorations, potted artificial trees, china set, lots of cabinets and book selves, a couple of televisions, and entertainment center, a server, storage totes, and more and more and more.

Two Sales...Two Cities

We have two sales this week Thursday 4/3 and Friday 4/4.

We will be open 7:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.

Let us talk about the the first one in Sun City at

13401 N. 109th Avenue.

Signs will be at Thunderbird and 109th.
This is a small sale but still with some nice items.
We were unable to get photos for this sale so you are going to have to come by and see it all for yourself.
There is some furniture including a dining room table with six chairs and some living room chairs.  There is women's clothing and the rest will be a surprise.
The second sale is in Sun City West at

12823 W Seville Drive.

Signs will be at Beardsley and El Mirage.

This sale has a kitchen table and chairs with several leaves.  A nice modern sofa, a recliner, coffee and end table, a full size and a twin bed as well as kitchen items.  There are pots and pans, food, a china set, small appliances and the  usual.  There is a garage with a small amount of tools, a flag, awesome yellow folding chairs,  Christmas items, collectibles and more.

The photos are all from the Seville sale.  There are no a lot and we are sorry about that, the camera battery did not want to cooperate.

This sale has a sofa and several living room chairs, a very retro kitchen and chairs, and nice dining room table with 6 chairs and several leaves.  There is also a matching hutch.  There is a china cabinet, a couple of book shelves, a television table, a few carts for televisions or whatever your need.  There are two regular desks and a computer desk.  Two filing cabinets, two twin beds with head boards, a full size head board and four nice dressers.  There are garment stand, many mirrors, two coat racks, several golf bags filled with golf clubs, an awesome old trunk, a heater, two good size fans. There is a metal storage cabinet, a patio table, two aluminum ladders, tools, men's clothing, shoes, hats, belts and socks.  Lots of new socks.  There is office supplies, food, bathroom and cleaning supplies, nice umbrellas, a set of regency china, a set of white Corelle, pots and pans, several sets of silverware and flatware.  Glasses, mugs, utensils, plastic ware, a microwave, cds, vhs tapes, cassette tapes, books, and magazines.  There is some sewing notions and patterns, yard tools and all the rest a house has to offer.  Stop by and say HI!

7:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.This is a sale with tons of stuff.  There is a lot of tools including a nice sander, table saw, and a few other electrical tools.  There is also a bunch of regular tools and jars and jars of nuts, bolts, screws and all that stuff.  There are several web folding chairs and a few plastic webbing chairs.  There is a really nice golf cart in great working condition.  There is lots of cleaning, yard, and motor supplies.  There are several vacuums, including a shop vac.  There is a couple of blowers, and plenty of yard tools.  There is fishing poles, tackle boxes, lures, nets and even an anchor.  There is two golf clubs with bags and carts.  There are golf balls, tees, and even a return putter.  There is a glider, a coffee table, kitchen table and four chairs, a full kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, glass ware, utensils, small appliances and all the usual kitchen. There are salon supplies like curlers, coil, scissors and more.  There is a dresser, bed and rocking chair.  There are collectibles, including really cute strawberry serving dishes.  There is a patio table and chairs, a really cute desk and chair and tons of the usual things and some different pieces, and you need to come and check it out.

This is a house full of stuff.
We have a large sectional in great condition, two white over sized chairs with an awesome black design, and one has a matching ottoman.
There is a large headboard for a king size bed, with matching dresser and mirror.  There is a desk, a couple of vanity chairs, a large jewelry box, women's clothing and shoes, a large scale, book cases, end of the bed bench and a ton of lamps.  We have a kitchen table and four chairs and a dining room table with six chairs, there is a silverware set or three, two sets of china, tons of vintage glass ware, serving bowls and platters.  There is awesome crystal pieces, place setting figures, napkin rings, place mats, napkins in cloth and paper.  There are two recliners, a sofa, and an really awesome large ottoman/coffee table thingy.
There are collectible ducks, some large statues, two different patio tables and chairs, and a coffee table and matching chairs for the patio or yard as well.

There is really nice fabric, a ton of Christmas stuff, including garland, lights in the box, poinsettia flowers both real and silk, also other silk flowers, there is some collectibles, some books and cassettes as well as a few vhs tapes.  There are playing cards, a huge television, tons of linens, a vacuum, lots of artwork and some supplies.  There are tools and a tool chest, an electric sander, clamps, and all the usual tools.  We have kitchen items like Coring Ware, Tupperware, serving dishes, some pots and pans, some utensils and some knives, a microwave, refrigerator (works excellent), a washer and dryer, a microwave, a nice walker with a basket, luggage, and some awesome jewelry.

You need to stop by and see it all.

Sun City West Sale This Week

We have one sale this week in Sun City West at

21603 N. 123rd Avenue

It is off Beardsley between Old El Mirage Road and Stardust.
Sale will run Thursday 2/27, Friday 2/28 and Saturday 3/1.

7:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.

This is a nice sale with dining room table, four chairs and a matching hutch.
Several nice wooden living room chairs, a nice wooden end table, a wooden rocking chair, three wooden and glass shelves (like old law filing cabinets), a large brown sofa, and a glass and metal coffee table with a matching end table.
There is a kitchen table with four chairs on casters, a microwave, a cabinet, a freezer, tons of cleaning supplies, food, and bathroom supplies.
There is a work bench full of tools, clamps, and nuts and bolts.
There are several of the Rubbermaid type cabinets in the garage, fishing poles/rods, a work bench and two aluminum ladders including one extension ladder.  There are garden and yard supplies, tools, blowers and more.  There are two exercise bikes including a computerized one.  There is an awesome patio set with two matching chairs and a matching coffee table and a second set with two stools and a high top table.  There are some patio chairs, a computer and a computer desk and chair.  There is a Kirby shampooer, lots of lamps, several chairs, lots of knives, an awesome set of amber glass canisters set with lids, tons of old National Geographic magazines, lots of books, women and men clothing, shoes, purses, belts and jewelry.  There are old cell phones, a computer with all the accessories like keyboard, mouse and printer, a large television, and the most awesome rusted bird bath.  There is a little of everything at this sale.
