This is a nice sale in Sun City West.  It has a sofa and matching love seat, a comfy chair with matching ottoman, an Asian inspired sofa and matching love seat, four end tables, a glass coffee table, a nice dining room table with six chairs and leaves, a kitchen table and two chairs on casters, two twin beds, several night stands, a recliner, a swivel rocker, a chest of drawers and a dresser with mirror.  There is a service for 8 of Towle Sterling silver flatware. the pattern is Debussy.  There is some clothing, and shoes with accessories, there is linens for twin, queen, full and king size beds,  There is also several nice rugs and throw rugs.  There is also kitchen and bathroom linens.  There is a full kitchen with small appliances, a microwave, food, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, glass ware, and all the usual.  There is a set of china, and Christmas china as well. Amazing Surprise Sale

We have one sale this week in Surprise.  It is a little farther out but totally with the drive. It is at:

17484 N.Goldwater Drive.  

This is in a gated community so you must stop at the gate house and tell them you are going to the estate sale and have the address available if they ask.  GPS will have you take Bell Road to Carefree but you must head North on Citrus to enter through the gate house.  The other way will dead end for you.  After you pass the gatehouse you can again follow the GPS directions.

There will also be signs after you enter to help you navigate.

Friday and Saturday only. 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.

This an awesome sale.  There is a beautiful sofa, coffee table, two end tables, a second couch, a dining room table and chairs, book cases, a king size bed with pillow top and head board, dresser, chest of drawers, night stands, rocking chairs and two very nice bar stools.  That is just some of the furniture.  There is a full house of nice items, including Hummels, airplanes models and collectibles, a few small fire engine trucks, jewelry, watches, nice glass ware, several set of dishes, two flat screen televisions and two smaller televisions that all work great.  There is a techno piano and bench, Christmas collectibles including village pieces and a great rocking horse.  There is a very full kitchen with small appliances, serving pieces, tea cups, tea pots, dishes, mugs, nice utensils, lots of depression pieces, bake ware and nice pots and pans.  As well as all the usual kitchen items.  There are books, cds, dvds, cassettes, and VHS tapes.  There is a full garage with tools, work bench, aluminum step ladder, fans, holiday items, luggage, lots of cleaning supplies and more. We have a nice patio table and four chairs and has a matching rolling cart.  There is also a second patio table and chairs.  There is some pots and plants as well as many nice pots.  There is a patio storage container as well.  There is a full house with a little of everything.  All is clean and in great  condition.

This is a sale with very little furniture and a ton of stuff.  There is four bar stools, a coffee table, recliner, swivel chair, patio table and six chairs and a few extra patio chairs and tables.  That is about all the furniture.  But there is a three car garage full with tools, including a sander, shop vac and a few other electrical tools.  There is a ton of other garage items, like boxes of nails, plumbing, hand tools, household supplies, and more.  There is a golf club set with bag, golf balls, and tees.  There is a ton of dvds, cds, lp record albums, 45s and cassettes.  There are two computer desks, two record turntables, office supplies, monitors, key boards, and a HP scanner.  There is a full kitchen with small appliances, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, glass ware, Tupperware, food and all the usual.  There is clothes for both men and women and many pairs of shoes for women.  There is one pair of golf shoes for men. Let us start in the main house....there is a kitchen table and six chairs, dining room table and six chairs, a very nice sofa and love seat and a matching chair.  There is a beautiful coffee table, end table, and an awesome drum looking table.  There is a huge entertainment center with matching sides that has shelves and lights.  There is a very nice desk and super comfortable chair.  There are end tables, tv trays, a leather sofa, and two leather recliner rockers.  There is a small round kitchen table and two chairs.  There is a queen size bed, dresser and mirror, night stand, a sofa table, table lamp, small and large lamps, a large round coffee table.  There are cds, vhs tapes, dvds, cassettes, books, and many different magazines.  There is Waterford crystal, Baccarat crystal, Blenko vases, Viceroy & Boch, and so much more glass ware.  There is a full kitchen with pots and pans, flat ware, utensils, small appliances, bake ware, serving pieces, plastic ware, and so much more.  There is also another smaller kitchen in the main house with dishes, small appliances, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, and all the usual.  There is a ton of cleaning supplies, vacuums, brooms, mops, candles, dog supplies like collars, leashes, clothes, toys and more.  There is a nice scale, lots of very nice decorative pieces, vases, figurines, potted plants, flowers, and so many linens.  There are placemats, napkins, towels, tablecloths, and pillows.  There are 5 fur coats, lots of clothing for both women and men as well as nice boots and shoes for both.  There are very nice purses like Chanel, Fossil, Rodo, Coach and more.  There is so much more just in the main house you need to see it to believe it.  The three car garage has rows of tables filled with tool after tool.  There are all sorts of electrical tools, tool boxes, hand tools, screws, nuts, bolts, parts, golf balls even.  It is a handy mans's dream.  There is an office that has an amazing desk, three leather office chairs one nicer than the last, a glass top desk, a beautiful sleigh day bed, table and four chairs with two leaves.  There is a huge artificial cactus plant, Sony television, stereos, vhs player, entertainment center, an American Security large safe, several bookcases, file cabinets, two hard back chairs, office supplies, books, oxygen tanks, storage boxes, a coffee table, some food, Christmas decorations, and more.  The storage shed has more than you can imagine.  There is landscaping supplies, yard supplies, paint, small parts, oil, tools, fans, cords, decorations, small appliances, and so much I can no even remember.

The pool house has a full kitchen with all the usual, a queen size bed, night stand, beautiful bench, vhs tapes, a great rocker, bamboo sofa, chairs and tables.  There is toiletries, cleaning supplies, books, linens, lots of decorative items and more.  There is a small guest house full of books and clothes and some decorative items.  There is also a nice chair, entertainment center and ironing boards.

There is a full kitchen also around the pool area.  There are nice barbecue supplies, pots and pans, serving pieces, cook ware, bake ware, small appliances, flat ware, utensils, and everything you would find in a kitchen.  The large guest house has beautiful living room furniture including sofa, large chair with ottoman, recliner and a amazing coffee table.  There is a large kitchen table that is just amazing with chairs.  There is another full kitchen with everything the other houses have in them.  There is another queen size bed with dresser and mirror, chest of drawers, television, entertainment centers, cabinets, benches, chairs, art work, lots of linens, pillows and more.  There is books, potted plants, decorative items, toiletries, medical bathroom supplies like shower chairs.  This is a beautiful house with great items.  There is another one car garage filled with more tools, holiday items, televisions, washer and dryer, fans, carts and so much more.  There is a full area full of rakes, shovels, pitchforks and every other yard tool.  This is still just a small amount of items available for sale.  There is so much that when you come plan to spend some time looking around.  It might take a hour or even two.  We are still putting it all together and more pictures will go up soon.

Sale will run Thursday 1/15, Friday 1/16 and Saturday 1/17.  8:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.  

This is a full sale with tons of everything.  There are two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other is full size and each has a nice four poster bed frame.  There are two dressers with mirrors, four night stands, a Lane hope chest, a nice chair for the bedroom or living room.  There is a nice dining room table and six chairs with a leaf and pads.  There is also a matching buffet.  There is a couch and two chairs in the living room, with two end tables, and a nice coffee table.  There is jewelry, holsters, some very nice leather belts.  There is a set of milk glass dinnerware, Limoge dinnerware, flat ware set.  There is a several closets full of clothes for women, mostly in medium sizes and shoes in 7 1/2 and 8 mostly.  There is nice purses including a Coach.  There is a gun case with a glass door and drawer on the bottom.  There is a small patio table and two chairs that is adorable, several patio chairs, three large exercise equipment pieces including a treadmill.  There is a full garage with tools, holiday items, and a mi of many things.  There is a full kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, small appliances, food and all the usual.  There is a ton of toiletries, cleaning supplies, make up and small bathroom appliances.  Very full house so head out to Surprise and check it out.
