We are back in Sun City this week with sale at

Sale will run Thursday 7/17, Friday 7/18 and Saturday 7/19

7:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.

This sale has a little of everything including a sofa, vintage coffee and end tables, Spode set of dishes, lots of CDs, two twin beds with head and foot board, a queen size bed also head and foot board.  There is a kitchen table with four chairs and one leaf as well as a dining room table with six chairs and a leaf and it has a matching china cabinet.  There are several dressers and chest of drawers, a nice desk, patio chairs and other patio furniture, there is a lot kitchen items including small appliances, dishes, Tupperware, glass ware, mugs, salt and pepper shakers, Corelle and Corning ware, utensils,pots and pans and all the usual kitchen.  There are a few tools, some golf accessories, holiday decorations, some books, an awesome old stereo cabinet, some cleaning and bathroom supplies, a little bit of food, some decorative items, clocks, linens, an old typewriter, luggage, quilts, a small television, hampers, lamps, an old trunk, and so much more.  Really a little of everything and a lot of a few things.

Sale will run Thursday 7/10, Friday 7/11 and Saturday 7/12.

We will be open 7:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.

This sale has some great furniture including a dining room table with six chairs and a leaf, there is a vintage china cabinet with sliding doors and in great condition, a sofa with matching love seat, it also has a matching ottoman.  There are several end tables and coffee tables as well as a nice entertainment center, there are quite a few lamps, a queen size bed with head board, and 2 twin beds with head and foot boards.  There is kitchen stuff including pots and pans, dishes, Tupperware, glass ware, silver ware, Coring Ware, serving dishes, kitchen linens, and a few food items.  There is a nice kitchen table with six chairs and a leaf.  There is some cleaning supplies, lots of light bulbs, a few items for assistance in the bathroom ( a raised seat and portable chair).  There are two comforter sets that were on the twin beds that are just perfect and a nice pattern.  There are linens and towels and mattress covers as well as some good pillows.  There is some Southwest items including wall hangings, pottery, and jugs.  There is nothing in the garage and just a few tool items.  There are also a few books, two televisions, a vintage hanging lamp, some chicken wire, a phone system, cleaning supplies and more.  The sale has awesome furniture, and it is good quality.  So head out to Sun City West and say Hi!

Second Sale In Glendale

So this is our second sale for this week and this sale is close to the last one we had in Glendale just a few weeks ago. So if you remember that one we are near by again,

This is sale with lots of items you do not typically see at a Sun City Estate Sale.  There are children's things, pool toys, a crib (2 actually), clothing for children (and adults), toys including x-box games and a skateboard.  There is also a ton of items in general including a nice mid century dining table and 6 chairs with a matching china cabinet, a 2 recliner love seat and a matching sofa that also has a recliner, a big sofa that is just in awesome shape, bar stools, end tables, desks, dressers, a trundle bed, 2 twin beds, a queen, and like I said a crib or two.  There is lamps, a huge television, a television stand, several dressers, linens, toys, lots of food and cleaning supplies.  The kitchen has a microwave, toaster oven, stand mixer, coffee pots, pots and pans, dishes, several sets of silver ware, glasses, mugs, utensils, a set of nice blue and white Corelle, bake ware, serving pieces, silver pieces, platters, a cooler, and even baby bottles and accessories.  There are several baby items like bouncer, and a play mat.  Both in great shape.  There are some baby clothes, books, a stereo set with speakers, bathroom supplies, lots of jewelry and watches, some fur pieces, patio table and chairs, pool toys, yard decorations, a grill, some tools, garage stuff and all the usual things we find.

This is a nice clean sale with lots of great items.  There is a queen size bed with head board, box spring and mattress, a matching dresser and 2 night stands are also available,  There are two twin beds that look like they have never been used or hardly ever at least.  They also have head boards.  There is a dresser that matches as well. There is a three piece living room set with sofa, love seat and chair, and they are sold separately if you only need one piece.  There is a cute kitchen table and four chairs as well as a second table and four chairs, an entertainment center, a couple of televisions, another sofa and love seat and even a recliner, we have a coffee table with two matching end tables, lamps, several nice sets of china and tea sets, silverware, utensils, small appliances, dishes, pots, pans, serving pieces, silver pieces, some food, cleaning supplies, a dining room table with six (i think six) chairs and a matching hutch/china cabinet, potted plants, some tools, garden statues, a few books, lots of linens.  Most of the sheet sets are queen, but some twin things as well as curtains, rugs, towels, table cloths, napkins and the usual linen things.  The kitchen is packed, the patio has several nice patio pieces including table and chairs, and small side tables, we have another bedroom with dressers, mirrors, chest of drawers and headboard.  There are some clothes for both men and women, yard tools, a blower,  a sewing machine and a little of sewing notions, some art work and wall hangings and some are Southwest.  There are other coffee tables, end tables, decorative tables, tv tray tables, rocking chair, and so much more.  This is a big house and there are lots of rooms.

Beautiful Sale in Sun City On The Lake

This week we have just a beautiful sale with awesome stuff.

and will be open 7:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.

The house is packed with furniture and stuff.  There is a king size bed with head and foot board and it has a matching dresser and night stand available, a queen bed also with head and foot board that looks like it came out of a design magazine, and another queen also with head and foot board.  Both of the queens have matching dressers and night stands available also.  There are several desk, gorgeous pieces, several book cases, corner pieces, buffets, side tables, coffee table and end table, leather sofa, love seat and huge ottoman, a big comfy recliner you can curl up in, as well as one with wooden arms that looks great but also reclines.  There is a dining room table with two leaves, and eight chairs and it has a matching hutch, there is a warm cozy fireplace.  you may not need it now but cooler weather comes eventually.  There are a ton of books, cds, dvds and even vhs tapes.  There is a great deal of art or wall hangings, some modern/contemporary and some vintage.  There are three buffet/side tables, a very comfortable love seat with a matching high back chair, curio cabinet, bench, patio furniture, mens clothing and shoes (I saw some size 40....clothes not shoes). There are tables full of glass ware including Waterford, tons of crystal, Llardo, Lennox, Adams, Princess House, and so much more.  There are some collectible cars, no tools, kitchen stuff like a few small appliances, pots and pans, dishes, several sets of china, glass ware, nice set of mugs, flat ware, Pyrex, serving bowls, utensils, even art for the kitchen.  There are several cute smaller tables, and more and more and more.  You need to see this sale and the amount of furniture and items in this house.  Plus the house has a great view because it is on the lake.  Come early and get the best selection.
