This sale has very little furniture but lots of other things.

We have a dining room table with six chairs, and a couple of leaves, a patio table and five chairs that fold up, a headboard, walker, shower chair, a nice desk, office chair, long filing cabinet,  3 full golf bags, American flags, a six foot aluminum ladder, planters, vintage a newer suitcases, a very old clock, Panasonic speakers, washer and dryer, linens, a set of china, glass ware, tools, battery charger, cleaning and yard supplies, screws and nails, Christmas and other holidays.  We have collectible china, cookie cutters, small appliances, pots and pans, silverware, jewelry, collectibles,  bake ware, storage options, women's clothing and shoes, purses, a large screen television, vhs tapes, some odd but awesome pieces, books, hats, heads, hat boxes, coffee table and two end tables, lamps, throw rugs, serving pieces, and just a ton of items.  Did I mention a sewing machine in table and a washer and dryer?  Okay so now I did.  See you at the sale.

This is a sale full of furniture.  There is a dining room set, kitchen table and chairs, several end tables, a recliner love seat, a recliner, many lamps, king size mattress and box spring in great condition and it comes with a head board.  There is a long dresser with mirror and a tall dresser.  There are two twin beds also with box spring and mattress and headboard, several night stands, two swivel rockers, several end tables, a piano and an organ.  There will also be a pistol for sale, so please see the cashier for that.  There is a full kitchen with all of the normal things, pots and pans, glass ware, dishes, utensils, silverware, bake ware, plastic containers, some Tupperware, all the rest.  There is a television, a stand, a computer desk, office chair, office supplies, washer and dryer, refrigerator, sofa tables, some gardening supplies, a few yard tools,  cleaning supplies an awesome patio three piece set and more.

There is a ton of stuff in this house including a dining room table with six chairs and a leaf, there is also a matching china cabinet and buffet/server.  There is a very nice love seat that  is very comfortable, a lazy boy sofa sleeper and matching love seat. There is a kitchen table with four caster chairs, lots of pots and pans and lots and lots of food.  There are some very nice small appliances including a roaster, Braun food processor, several coffee pots, including an espresso maker, woks, juicers, warming pans, can opener, bread maker and so much more.  There are some nice glasses, a rolling beverage cart, several televisions, stereo and plenty of speakers, a large apple computer, printer, filing cabinets, books, collectibles, two twin beds, a large entertainment center and even a small one.  There are several bookcase, a very nice vintage dresser, lots of lamps, utensils, a totally awesome game table with four chairs, office furniture, golf clubs, tons of balls both new and used, a very sweet end table, lots of potted plants and greenery, tools both electric and regular, lots of Christmas including some vintage, lots of cleaning and bathroom supplies, a refrigerator, and up right freezer, a GE washer and matching dryer, three or four vacuums, TV tray tables, garden supplies, pots for plants, patio furniture, cast iron pans, very nice dish ware, a set of dishes featuring poinsettias that just beautiful and never used.  We have ironing boards, linens, men's shoes, a couple of nice jackets for women, and pillows, There is some nice frames and artist supplies, several tables, and just an amazing piano.  There is so much stuff so you need to come by and see what I forgot.  Say hi to Kim while you are there! 

A Company Friend Has An Awesome Sale

We do not have a sale this week 

but we do have information about a huge estate sale run by a friend. 

 It is a huge three bedroom estate sale.  Lots of vintage items, purses, sewing machines and notions, library table, kitchen, linens and just tons of everything else.  There is even a golf cart.

The address is 11412 N 114th Drive in Youngtown.

Sale will run Thursday 5/8, Friday 5/9 and Saturday 5/10

8:00 a.m. until noon or maybe one.

Sunwood Estate Sale

This week we have one sale in Sun City at the

Sunwood Apartments at 9415 N.99th Avenue.

It is just North of Olive.

You will enter at the farthest red lined driveway and follow the signs back to apartment #1012.

The sale will run April 24 Thursday and on Friday April 25th, 2014.

We will open at 7:30 a.m. and close at 12:30 p.m.

It is a small sale but has some great things.

There is a neutral sleeper sofa, kitchen table and four chairs, fans, patio furniture, jewelry, womens clothing and shoes.  There are kitchen items like pots and pans, glassware, food, silverware and all the usual kitchen things.  The bathroom is full of beauty and bathroom supplies, there are craft items, linens, tv, cabinets, a bed and dressers, ironing board, carts, a wheelchair and so much more.  Stop by and say hi to Kim.

Massive Sale In Sun City

This week we have a massive sale in Sun City at

10541 W. Caron.

Signs will be at 107th and Olive. Olive to North on 107th and then first right onto Caron, so head East on Caron off of 107th.

Sale will run Thursday April 10th, Friday April 11th, and Saturday April 12th.

7:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.

There is so  much at this sale that we needed to expand our selling area to the back patio, the yard and a rv storage slab. I am going to just list everything I can think of, but believe me there is way more than I can mention here.

There is a couch and matching love seat, two nice end tables and a unique coffee table.  There are cds, dvds, vhs tapes, audio books, a vcr, a record player, stereo and records to play on the player.  There are a ton of books, office supplies, fabric, sewing notions, buttons, jewelry, a Singer sewing machine, a computer with monitor, keyboard, mouse and even a printer.  There is also a separate printer, craft supplies, a bed with head board and matching dressers and even matching night stands.  There are unique lamps every where, tools, filing cabinets (no less than seven and four drawer ones), sheet music, bird houses, lots of Native American statues and vases, lots of nice womens clothing and shoes.  Linens, a sleeper sofa, two very comfortable chairs that swivel, a kitchen table with four chairs and a leaf, humidifiers, fans, heaters, silverware, dishes, pots, pans, glass ware, mugs, serving dishes, cook ware, plastic ware, utensils, a fur stole, an exercise bike, a wheel barrow, step stools, bar stools, food, bath and beauty supplies, small appliances, comforters, throw pillows, an awesome blue chair, small entry way tables, sofa table, vintage rockers, patio chairs, director's chairs, Christmas items, fabric tablecloths, artist supplies, tons of artwork and frames, storage supplies, lots of new items still in the box including a rice cooker, bedding, yard tools and bags of yard supplies like mulch, and top soil, a nice chair recently recovered with a matching ottoman and super comfy.  There is a nice easel, lots of planters, wooden yard decorations, potted artificial trees, china set, lots of cabinets and book selves, a couple of televisions, and entertainment center, a server, storage totes, and more and more and more.

Two Sales...Two Cities

We have two sales this week Thursday 4/3 and Friday 4/4.

We will be open 7:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.

This is a small sale but still with some nice items.
We were unable to get photos for this sale so you are going to have to come by and see it all for yourself.
There is some furniture including a dining room table with six chairs and some living room chairs.  There is women's clothing and the rest will be a surprise.
The second sale is in Sun City West at

12823 W Seville Drive.

Signs will be at Beardsley and El Mirage.

This sale has a kitchen table and chairs with several leaves.  A nice modern sofa, a recliner, coffee and end table, a full size and a twin bed as well as kitchen items.  There are pots and pans, food, a china set, small appliances and the  usual.  There is a garage with a small amount of tools, a flag, awesome yellow folding chairs,  Christmas items, collectibles and more.

The photos are all from the Seville sale.  There are no a lot and we are sorry about that, the camera battery did not want to cooperate.
